The Dodge, 24 Valve Cummins Diesel has great potential for more power because of its huge engine. We know... because we drove one for a long time! How and why? Although it is equipped with a large engine, the weight of this truck makes it sluggish at the bottom end and leaves a lot to be desired on hills and when towing. The truck has a lot of potential and, by adding either our full system or selected components, you can turn your truck into a tire smoking, competitor-eating monster!

First we start with the exhaust. We install a true mandrel bent 4-inch monster exhaust system, not to be confused with everyone else's little cat back system. Our system starts at the turbo housing and ends at the tail pipe tip. The system incorporates a high-flow, fabricated truck muffler. We use 14 gauge tubing, instead of 16 gauge, to keep the sound to a minimum inside the cab. The exhaust system uses the original factory hangers and can be installed on the ground without the use of a lift within three hours. Why a 4-inch exhaust? With the 4-inch exhaust, your Exhaust Gas Temperatures ("EGT's") decrease dramatically and then we can tune the ECU control module (chip) "hotter" for more power.

Next we focus on air management. A high-flow, washable air filter is a "drop-in" replacement in the stock air box. It pays for itself in two air filter service or replacement cycles and then continues paying for itself for the life of your truck. Then, if you have us install it, we make some unnoticeable modifications to the grill to allow for more airflow. We do not want to give out all of our secrets, but rest assured we have some more air enhancement tricks up our sleeve to give you more horsepower, torque, and economy! The addition of another component causes better fuel atomization, resulting in an average increase of gas milage, on a dyno, of about 5 - 7%, according to its manufacturer. These figures are confirmed by road testing performed at an emission lab licensed by the EPA. Manufacturer's dyno testing shows 4 to 13 added H.P., across a group of different cars and truck models, from this device alone. It is easy to install; 2 to 5 mnutes usually, requires no maintenance and is an affordable addition to most trucks on the road.

To tie the entire package together, we us a PCM add-on module or chip to utilize both the upgraded exhaust and the upgraded air management system. The boost limit was safely raised with the chip accommodating for the increase. Under load, the truck can make PSI safely. We took a close look at the driveability of the vehicle and made some changes throughout to make driving the Cummins Diesel even more enjoyable. Dyno results show over 65 horsepower and almost 200 ft/lbs. of torque, and quite possibly, better fuel economy.

The response was immediate! You can easily see the great response we received on the dyno plot below. In the mid-range, we achieved an extra 65 HP at 2000 RPM and a 200 ft / lb-torque increase. Our system kit will give you the extra power that your truck needs. You will notice the 65 HP and 200 ft.lbs. torque increase whether you are towing, off roading or coming off the line, guaranteed..., without affecting emissions.

We also carry and
install boost and pyrometer gauges with mounting pods.
